I took up gardening when I retired to the Pocono Mts. of Pennsylvania in 1980. It took no time to see that my plants were being eaten by the native critters. 

I tried everything from homemade remedies to costly commercial products to try to stop the damage these animals were causing, but nothing worked. Having been a chemical engineer for over 60 years, I decided I was going to try to make my own repellent that would not only really work, but be safe for the environment. 

After years of experimenting, I finally did! When I shared it with my friends they told me it could be the savior of many frustrated gardeners and convinced me oto market it. My wife, Rosemary said, "Clark, this works just like a liquid fence". The rest is history!
